She sent daily updates with pictures, asked questions if she needed something and was very communicative. The house looked better than we left it and she went above and beyond our expectations! This was our first time using Erika… she was such a great communicator, sent pictures of our doggy, had a meet and greet before her stay and came home to a perfectly happy doggie!! I highly recommend Erika and I will use her again for sure!
