This was the first time we used Rover and it was such a good experience because of how Talia & Andrew were so caring and attentive. They truly eased my mind while I was out of town. They made sure everything was taken care of and in place when they came and left for drop ins. Every visit they not only cleaned the litter, but they also fed and gave my cat personal attention. My flight back was delayed and they even were quick to adjust his 3PM visit to a few hours later to make sure he was taken care of. I will definitely trust Talia & Andrew in the future when I am out of town (I know my boy would love to have his new human friends visit again too). 100/10 would recommend! I had to book last minute check ins for my dogs, since the vet recommended to keep them at home to be more comfortable than the kennel. Paige was quick to reply to the request. She cared for the dogs, was reliable, communicated about the visits well and cared for them over the drop in visits while we were gone. I am glad our beagles were in good hands.
