I have known Satomi for over 2 years now. I have tried other 5-star sitters who live close to me, but none of them compare to Satomi. Whenever I travel, I can trust her with my dogs and travel without any worries. She sends me photos twice a day and takes care of their grooming needs, even without me asking her to do so. Chee took amazing care of my 6 month old puppy one week post surgery to being spayed. She sent me so many pictures and videos over the 3 days that I felt like I was there with her. I had a work event the day after I picked up my puppy and had no hesitation asking Chee to watch her again. And as soon as we pulled up in the driveway, my puppy was so excited to be there again! Will definitely use her again!

Lucy did a great job with my little dog. She sent me messages and pictures daily. She far exceeded what I would normally expect from a sitter. I will definitely want Lucy to care for my dog in the future.

Shaorui & Yazhu were very kind and caring for my pet. They were great at communicating beforehand and understanding my dog's special needs and instructions, and then during the stay they sent me many pictures and made sure my dog got ample exercise. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again when I need pet sitting for my out of town travel!

Alex and Carolina took great care of our dog while we were out of town for a weekend. He got lots of walks, and they sent us texts and pictures periodically to let us know how he was doing. We will definitely use Alex and Carolina again.
