Alexandra is exactly what we needed! This was only my second time using Rover and I accidentally sent her to the wrong address(over 30 min away) 🤦🏻‍♀️ however she was so kind to go to our new address and take care of our babies! I could give her 5 stars on that alone, but she was so great at checking in even on our extra shy cat who hides from everyone. She even got her to come out!!!
