Jennifer was a dream come true for us leaving our 140 lb. Great Dane for the first time in 2 years. She came over for two "pre-visits" on her own time, and was extremely patient, loving and knowledgeable about how to put him at ease. The trice daily Rover cards were wonderful to get as well. Robert and Katie were amazing! Pictures and updates every day, they went the extra mile and took our trash out for us and brought us back our key a day after the service ended. They were so kind and so thoughtful. I will definitely book them again!
