Dog Boarding in New Braunfels

Donna took care of my senior dachshund, Kaiser, during our recent vacation, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I dropped Kaiser off, Donna was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. She kept in constant communication, providing regular updates and photos that showed just how comfortable and happy Kaiser was in her care. It was clear that Donna treated Kaiser like one of her own, ensuring he got plenty of cuddle time and the downtime he needs at his age. I felt completely at ease knowing Kaiser was in such capable hands. Donna’s attention to detail and genuine love for animals truly set her apart. She was always responsive and made sure to follow all of my instructions, which made the entire process stress-free. I highly recommend Donna to anyone looking for a caring and reliable sitter. Isabel was great. She sent pictures and messages every day letting me know how Mr. Pickles was doing. He came home a happy dog. We will definitely book Isabel again in the future.

We were so relieved to find Grace and John to take care of our elderly, sometimes temperamental 'pup'. They did wonders and kept us updated throughout her stay with them. Looking forward to other stays when we will have peace of mind and Flurrie will have attentive caregivers. What a great alternative to kennel stays for pets who need a little more TLC!

Camilea was awesome! She has a comfy area for boarding, her house has a great backyard, and she took my old lady pup out for walks, or just hung out with her and kept her busy and happy. I recommend 100%.

He was so relaxed when he got home. This told me he was a happy pup. She gave me daily updates and pictures. I will most definitely use her again.

Anne and Sebastian were wonderful to work with. We scheduled a meet and greet originally to ensure Theo was a good fit. They were able to accommodate with his high energy, and made him feel like home. Lots of updates on Theo while I was gone and pictures!

The family were absolutely amazing! We received constant updates throughout the day (which was extremely appreciated by this momma). Another thing I appreciated was their attentiveness to my concerns and ensuring that my boys needs were met. I can’t thank them enough!

Brianna provided lots of pictures and updates on Poppy while we were out of the country. It was apparent that Poppy was well cared for while we were away. We will choose Brianna next time we leave and cannot take Poppy with us.

Debora and Jorge made Sadie feel right at home. They know dogs and how to connect with them. Sadie was clearly comfortable and settled right in. It was a short stay, so to see how quickly she felt at home made this dog mama so happy! We will definitely be a repeat customer!

Nicole was a life saver. She watched my 2 dogs with only a few days notice. After meeting her and seeing how happy her dogs were, I knew my dogs would feel right at home. Nicole sent updates and pictures each day which made me feel more confident about leaving them in her care. I highly recommend her!

Angela was fantastic! She gave constant updates about how my dog was doing and getting along with the other pups! She was available when it was a last minute booking, which was so helpful! She took great care of my pup and I would definitely use her again!

Orlando did a great job with taking care of our two dogs while we were out of town. For an extended vacation. He did a great job with managing health issues and meds, followed instructions well, and kept us informed throughout. We'll be using Orlando again!

Jayni was great at communicating and sending pictures of our Hank. He had the best time and was even able to swim while there. I think he was on vacation while we were on vacation.

We had such a great experience with Clarice and her husband! This was our first time leaving Kylo for an extended period of time and using Rover. They took amazing care of Kylo and kept us updated with lots of cute photos/videos and messages throughout the stay. Kylo came back happy, relaxed, and clearly well-loved. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing our fur baby was in such good hands. Highly recommend and will definitely be booking again!

I love leaving my dogs with Rae! She treats them like family and I can tell they feel right at home when I drop them off. 100/10 will have them stay with Rae whenever I need.

Morrison and I were lucky enough to get Monica as his sitter on our first booking through Rover. She was very nice and responded in a timely manner. She sent me two pictures of my dog and I can say she’s a good photographer as well, lol. Morrison was dropped off at the said tiene and my dog was happy and clean when he came back. Will definitely recommend and book again!

Olivia was a great sitter. She kept me updated the whole time with messages and photos. My dog seems to really enjoy her pups. Would book again.

Jan is ALWAYS our go to for our sweet dog. He LOVES going to her house and she takes such great care of him, sending us pictures throughout his stay!
