absolutely phenomenal!! when a few issues came up, she was immediately responsive and helped to figure everything out. plus, my cat LOVED her. 10/10
Sabrina was wonderful -- even though we had to cancel our trip, and her drop-in visits, at the last minute. She was very professional during the meet-and-greet and seemed to sincerely care about our two cats. She was extremely gracious and understanding about the cancellation (for health reasons), which was much appreciated. We will definitely use Sabrina in the future.
Nelly was so incredible with my cats! She communicated quickly and was super reliable. The cats were happy and well taken care of, I’d use her anytime!!
