This was our first time utilizing Elizabeth’s in-home services. During our meet and greet, Elizabeth was interactive and attentive asking questions and sharing her experiences. She asked for all instructions to be in written form (and as a “novel writing pet parent”, such a request was appreciated). Each time, Elizabeth arrived in a timely manner and was present as promised throughout her two day stay. Her communication was prompt and very helpful. In addition, we asked Elizabeth to feed fish and check mail in which she gladly did. Overall, our “sweet pea” seemed happy and stress-free and the house in order when we returned home. It gave us peace of mind knowing Elizabeth was there taking care of the things that matter most.

Jessica was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with! She sent multiple updates throughout the day and took excellent care of our boy.

Timothy is awesome! His attention to detail is awesome! Very communicative. We appreciated how great he was with our two dogs and cat. Even gave meds to our old dog with no issues.

Gabriel was great! My pets loved him, he has really good communication and he follows instructions very well. I felt very pleased with how everything went and how confortable my pets were around him. This was our third time with Eliza and once again came home to a happy dog. There was a mix up on the times but that had to do with the timing on the app… Eliza was very communicative and first and foremost always had Max’s well being in mind to make sure he was taken care of.
