Melissa was an absolute delight and I was very relaxed to leave my cats in her hands. Both my cats fell in love with her. She was very attentive and took much care when feeding/cleaning for Lima and Kedi. She made sure she arrived on time and followed all the care instructions I had left. Malexy took wonderful care of our cat, Sandy. She gave thorough updates and notified us of issues, like when Sandy didn't eat food that had her medicine mixed in. Amazing!!!!! She took care of my cat so well and kept me up to date every day with adorable photos. She responds quickly and took care of my cat as if it were her own. She knows how to take care of cats with major moving anxiety like mine (he freaks out in car rides and crates). She bathed my cat when he made a mess of himself so easily and without hesitation.
