Cheuk is so kind! He was willing to come meet Caramelo before the booking. He was very understanding of Caramelo’s special needs. Unfortunately, Caramelo didn’t behave himself during the first visit :( He was too territorial about his things. Cheuk called me and gave me all the details and was very understanding of the situation. You can tell he truly cares for the furbabies!

Mina was great with our dogs from their very first meeting! She left great notes after every visit and sent us lots of pictures throughout her visits.

This was our first time using Rover and Benita was great! Hawk took to her right away and she checked in on him as planned and sent pictures every time. Would recommend!

Taryn comes highly recommended to take care of your pups. She listens, communicates, and sends pictures/videos for a constant check in. We were able to enjoy our time away with a peace of mine our fur babies at home were safe, well fed, and loved. One of our pups is a rescue and not yet fully potty trained trained; Taryn understood and had no issues. It was a constant reassurance. I will be recommending Taryn and using her again.

Jacyln was a wonderful cat sitter! She left really detailed descriptions of each visit and sent over at least half a dozen pictures and one video everyday. I totally appreciate that she helped vacuum up my litter box area and any couch ~accidents~ that my cat left while I was away. Thank you so much Jacyln!

Ben was fantastic with looking after my cat. My cat is very scared of people and unfortunately did not let himself be seen while Ben came to visit but this didn't stop Ben from delivering excellent care and making sure his food, water & litter box were always in order. Excellent care!!

Yin is an amazing sitter! My senior dog is always properly cared for when I’m away! Super communicative and kind. I wish I could give 10 stars!!!

Becky did a fantastic job! All the animals loved her, she was extremely responsive to messages, and she was very polite and respectful. I will definitely use her again and would recommend her.

Anna is an incredible pet sitter! She took amazing care of all of my dogs and cats, and I felt completely at ease knowing they were in such capable hands. She went above and beyond, making sure everyone was well-fed, happy, and loved while I was away. Even Belle—who is famously shy—came out to greet her, which says everything about Anna’s calm, kind energy. I can’t recommend her enough and will absolutely be booking her again!

Ivana did an amazing job with my pupsters. I've got a geriatric dog and feel like she is in great care when we're out of town. Ivana is timely, communicative, and sent pics!

Renada is a gem. She has made Rockie feel so taken care of and is so responsive. She adds pics and videos so you can see the fun they are having! We are so grateful for Renada!!
