Dog Boarding in Pipe Creek

We recently boarded our dog, Sterling with Kelly and were so grateful for the care he received during his stay. We loved getting regular pictures and videos, which really helped us feel connected and reassured while we were away. It was clear that Kelly truly cares for the dogs and keeps the owners well updated. One small concern is that when we picked Sterling up early, we found he had been kept in a kennel even though when we dropped him off, we were shown a guest house with a living room and advised that’s where he’d be sleeping and relaxing. We were advised on pick up that he had been making noise / barking the entire time he was not outside exercising, which makes sense since he has separation anxiety, and we usually avoid kennel environments for that reason. While this was disappointing to discover afterward, we still appreciate the overall attention and communication throughout his stay. We just recommend confirming sleeping arrangements ahead of time for pets with special needs. Otherwise, the service, updates, and care were excellent!

Robin was really great with Bo. She was patient and let him settle in. She sent daily pictures and updates. I know he was at ease with her as he ate regularly (he won't eat if he's stressed) and from the pictures, it looked like he enjoyed playing with her dogs. Bo appreciated her yard as he loves being outside. I would definitely take Bo there again.

Super communicative and responsive! Jackie always gave us prompt updates on our pup and sent us plenty of photos to let us know how she was doing. It was greatly appreciated and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again!

Dexter had a great time! The communication and pictures were perfect. Dexter spent an enjoyable Thanksgiving watching football by the fire, had outdoor play time, lots of cuddles and neighborhood walks! Thank you Alison and Nate!

Karen was great! This is our second time with her, and I’m sure won’t be the last. She took great care of our fur baby and kept us updated with pictures and messages. 🥰

I trust Abel and Alisa with my two pups, which is why we came back for more! They spent 4 nights at Abel and Alisa's home where I got plenty of updates and felt at ease while traveling out of state. As always, my dogs came home happy and safe.

Weston sent pictures daily and provided us with updates regarding our pups. The area was safe and away from the distractions of a city and the view the animals have is great! Would definitely book again.

One word I use to describe these wonderful people is AMAZING! They took such great care of our Benny boy! They sent plenty of updates, pictures, & videos. They were quick to respond, very kind, and patient. Thank y’all so much!

Allison provided excellent care to our 13 year old dog. She shared photos frequently during the time with her and her family. Allison communicates well and was gracious throughout the process.

Arlene was great! She kept us up to date with lots of pictures! Our dog Luna looked happy and well taken care of. I really appreciate Arlene for taking such good care of our baby!!!

Awesome family and they took care of my girl Mercy just like I would with adequate exercise and loving care. They are on my shortlist for rebook!!!

Molly was fantastic with our 8 month old puppy who has a quirky, independent personality. She sent pictures and videos of him playing with her other puppies, and I could tell he was having lots of fun. Molly made our little guy part of her family for the week, and I couldn’t be happier with our experience.

Tanya is kind, professional, and took great care of my Eevee (dog)! Eevee felt comfortable straight-away and the pictures Tanya sent showed walks and cuddles that Eevee enjoyed while I was gone. Looking forward to her next stay with Tanya!

Julie’s house has become Theodore’s new favorite place to go! Theodore has become best friends with Chip (Julie’s pup) and I adore seeing them together! Her whole family is so kind and sweet to him. Traveling/being away is much easier when you know your pet is taken care of by someone who cares and loves them as much as you.

Lauren and her family were wonderful! She set my Mind at ease from the minute I booked with her period. Marley Was extremely comfortable there from the door. Lauren sent several pictures throughout the weekend of marley with different family members enjoying his snuggle time with her boys. Marley will definitely be back to hang out with the family during our next adventure.

Amanda is the absolute best person for out fur babies. I will definitely book her for all my future trips. Thank you kindly Amanda!!! We appreciate your kindness.

We were so at ease leaving our pointer girl with Amber and Victor. They will make sure your pup gets the attention it needs and will give lots of love and daily photo updates! Cannot thank you enough Amber and Victor!

Wilber and Jeanelly were amazing! They responded very quickly to our last minute request. They made us feel secure in leaving our puppy for the first time. We had no worries while our pup was with them. We received a video and pics throughout our day with updates. Communication was great, pick up and drop off was a breeze. Highly recommend if you’re in the San Antonio area. ☺️ Thank you so much for making our first drop off such a great experience.

Jaime and her family did a wonderful job of taking care of our pups for a week. She sent alot of pics of them with her puppy and kids. They were very easy going and accommodating. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
