Traci is an amazing pet sitter who truly understands the needs of pets and their unique personalities. Our cat, Sharkie, is usually very shy and nervous around new people, but Traci’s patience and care clearly put him at ease. Her attention to detail and respect for Sharkie’s preferences, like his secret hiding spot, really show how much she values her work. Even though we didn’t get the chance to meet or talk in person, coordinating with Traci was seamless, and she made the whole process stress-free for us while we were out of town. I’m so grateful for her kindness and professionalism, and we look forward to having her care for Sharkie again in the future!

Kenzie was amazing! She sent picture updates and reassured me that everything was fine. Definitely put my anxiety at ease when I had to leave my 2 cats at the last second for a trip.

Lee was amazing for our two cats!! He was timely, extremely responsive, and super considerate! He even called me on his first visit to make sure he didn’t leave too many lights on in our house. Paige is the best Rover sitter we have found. She really cares about animals and gave such wonderful attention and care to our two cats.
