Wendy is professional, very detailed & caring for your pet and you. She's great with communicating and keeping you up to date. She uses a notebook as a backup in case of possible computer errors. She's honest & committed to providing a safe, fun & suitable service that meets your pets needs, as well as understanding & thorough meeting your requests to have you feeling comfortable. Sophia has been amazing with my dog! There was one day it got really hot out, and she noticed my doberman wasn’t handling the heat well. She acted quickly, kept me updated, and made sure my dog was safe and comfortable. It really showed how much she cares. Super easy to communicate with and just a genuinely thoughtful person. Tim is great with Patriot who is a large strong headed Lab. Having been attacked by another dog before, Patriot is tentative if an off leash dog comes at him. I have NO CONCERNS that Tim will have the situation in hand at all times.
