Kellie took excellent care of the pups (and the rats, too!) Kellie checked marked all that was asked and then some! They were very accommodating with all of the “special requests” I had made, thanks for that! Her notes are very detailed and the animals looked like they had a great time from the photos they sent! Will definitely book again!

Samy did so amazing! This was my first time ever using the app and i was scared no one could handle Cooper but he enjoyed her company so much and it truly made me so happy to see him be happy while I was out of town. I would 10/10 recommend her! She was so awesome!!!

Michelle was an awesome caretaker while I was away! The kitties were stressed out and gave her some extra work but she helped me out and took care of the the cats no problem and kept me updated every step of the way. We had a family emergency that required short notice travel that coincided with Thanksgiving week, and we are brand new to Austin. Enter Norman. We picked him because he has been verified and had good reviews. He was very responsive, available for our pets on very short notice, answered all my questions and scheduled a phone call with us to go over pet specifics. Norman is very professional. He checked in every day, sent pictures of the cats, and followed all the instructions perfectly. We highly recommend him and will book him next time we are out of town.

Grateful for Nessa. Our 3 fur babes were happy and well fed when we got back from our trip. We were able to book Nessa on short notice and she was fantastic. This was the second time we book her because we had a great first experience. We have 3 cats and they all eat different food and its a mix of wet and dry kibble, Nessa knocked it out of the park. We absolutely loved Savannah and will use her any opportunity we have. She met us and our pets ahead of time. They loved her, very responsible.
