Dog Boarding in Richmond

Rowena did a fantastic job watching my dog Romeo again for two weeks while I was away for work! She was incredibly communicative the whole time, sending me regular updates and the cutest pictures. My pup looked so happy, especially playing with the other dogs and her friends—he looked like he was on his own little vacation 😃 It gave me so much peace of mind knowing he was in such good hands. I would definitely book with her again without hesitation. Honestly, I kind of hope nobody else reads this review so I can gatekeep her for myself 😂

Our dogs are always happy to stay with Weiyue. And two of our dogs have to take medication; Weiyue makes sure they always get them as prescribed. We have 3 dogs ranging from 7 pounds to 85 pounds.

Best new dog sitter we could have found! Took amazing care of our dog and sent all the updates I could have wanted. Will always be our first choice from now on.

Kristina J. and family did did such a wonderful job caring for our pet. The reservation was last minute and during the New Year. They were so attentive and so thoughtful to accommodate Gucci during the fireworks and try to shield her from the noise. Their attention and care is greatly appreciated and I highly recommend them! We will surely be requesting their service in the future!!!

Recommended to us by friends and we are so glad to have listened. Our 13yr old Cocker was welcomed and cared for. Clearly settled there and was happy with routines. Highly pleased and comforted with their clear love of dogs.

Ruth was an amazing sitter for our beloved Boxer, Izzy. She sent pics and updates daily, and our dog Izzy lifted her paw to thank her for taking such good care of her when we picked her up. We will definitely be using her again! Thank you Ruth!

Shanaz is amazing! I brought my doggy over the holidays for 10 days and she took very good care of him. I would highly recommend her if you need a safe and loving place for your doggo friend to stay.

Angela was a great sitter and took wonderful care of our dog, Arran, while we were away over Christmas. She kept me up to date with regular photos and videos of his antics and even made him a little Christmas stocking for hanging over the fireplace! She really went above and beyond and I would highly recommend her services.

This was my first time ever leaving my fur baby Luna with a sitter. I am so over and beyond happy I chose Britteny. She was very responsive, and gave me so much ease and piece of mind. I received multiple daily updates and photos. Even when I checked in a little extra she was so extremely responsive. My fur baby was so happy in Brittenys home in each picture she had a smile and was showing excitement (i got a little worried she wouldn’t want to come home). Chassidy and Freddie are friendly and flexible. I appreciated they sent photos and texts during Moka’s stay. My dog had a great time. Moka certainly missed Chassidy’s friendly dogs.

Patricia is so kind, so patient and so considerate to my naughty boy. She updated me Corbin’s new pictures 3 times a day, put me at quite ease while I am traveling. Definitely I will ask her help again in future while I am out of door. Thank you Patricia!

Second time Beatriz cares for my babies and again, I am not disappointed… I received daily updates and pictures from her. I forgot some important items and she took care of it. This is our first time using Rover to find a caregiver for our shiba puppy and we were so lucky to find Ara. She sends tons of pictures and videos of daily plays and walks, we can tell our puppy was being very well taken of and being happy all the time during boarding. Would recommend Ara to everyone.

Gabby and her family are the sweetest! She was very accommodating and agreed to watch our pup last minute. Our baby girl had a BLAST with them and the other pups. From the initial inquiry to pick up time, she was readily accessible. The meet and greet went great. She was open and shared detais about the personalities of the other dogs that would b present during our baby girls stay. She provided updates and pics, much appreciated. We were very nervous about leaving our puppy but couldn't have selected some 1 better to watch her during our busy weekend. Wonderful experience!!

We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter than Joyce! She took such wonderful care of our sweet Biscuit while we were out of town, and we felt completely at ease knowing he was in such loving and capable hands. Joyce went above and beyond—not only keeping us updated with photos, videos and messages, but also making sure Biscuit stuck to his routine and felt right at home. Neel is an absolute gem as a dog sitter while we were out of town. We received daily updates on our dog and truly appreciated the sense of peace he provided for us as we are not usually away from our dog for long since he is a senior dog.
