Dog Boarding in Richmond

Rowena was absolutely amazing with my dog Milo. He is an anxious dog and can sometimes be tricky for people, but she loved him and took amazing care of him! Rowena had him eating right away which is something he doesn't usually do when I'm away, so I know he felt comfortable in her care. It is very apparent she loves dogs and she does an amazing job making sure they know she loves them too. I would definitely use her again and again, and will definitely recommend her to others!

Maggie was very happy when I picked her up after my trip. She seems to be comfortable with Weiyue and their interaction was genuine. Weiyue sent me videos of Maggie and she responded quickly whenever I was communicating with her. Will definitely book again.

We love Amanda! Maple is so well cared for, has a blast, and we love the peace of mind knowing our fur baby is in such good hands when we travel!

Ara was amazing with my baby! She kept me updated & sent lots of pics and videos during my dog’s stay. 100% trust her with my baby & will be booking her for all my future boardings.

There's no better place for Jack to stay at. He's properly taken care off and clearly feels loved since he even gets excited whenever he has to stay with Marisa and her family.

Ruth is fabulous! This was Seve’s first over night stay. We had to keep changing plans and there was a lot of uncertainty and Ruth was so kind and flexible. Our dog is a puppy with lots of energy and she is so patient and kind with him. She sends photos and updates. She is wonderful!!

Beatrice was an absolute blessing when it came to taking care of my senior dog, Millie. At her age, Millie needs a lot of patience, gentle care, and attention — and Beatrice handled everything perfectly. From the moment they met, I could see that Beatrice understood exactly how to connect with her. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and always kept me updated with messages and photos. I could tell Millie felt safe, calm, and loved the entire time I was away. It’s not easy to find someone who treats your dog like family, but Beatrice truly did. I can’t recommend her enough!

Brittany communicated well about Oreo sent us plenty pictures love the fact I booked at the last minute and she was available I would definitely recommend her for your dog needs.

Angela was a great sitter and took wonderful care of our dog, Arran, while we were away over Christmas. She kept me up to date with regular photos and videos of his antics and even made him a little Christmas stocking for hanging over the fireplace! She really went above and beyond and I would highly recommend her services.

Shanaz was so good to our Scooter!! He came home very happy and very healthy!! I think he must have had a wonderful weekend with Shanaz because he was worn out! Thank you so much!

Patricia took really good care of Zoey. We got daily photo updates along with notes. Zoey got daily walks and cuddles - both of which she loves. Overall, Zoey enjoyed her stay and we will be coming back again.

Megan did absolutely amazing with our boy Willie. We ran into some last minute travel issues and needed to find somewhere to board our pup in a pinch. Megan instantly made us feel safe. While we were away, she provided the most thoughtful updates and we could definitely tell Willie was part of the family. It’s almost like he got a vacation too! He is so calm and happy now that he’s back with us and that’s because of the excellent care of Megan and her crew! We will absolutely use her again in the future.

Neel and his family were absolutely amazing with my dog! Throughout the entire week, they kept me updated with messages and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind. My dog was clearly happy, well-cared for, and loved every minute he spent with them. Highly recommend Neel and his family to anyone!

Lacey has been an amazing sitter for our 2 dogs. They feel right at home when they are staying with her which is evident through the various pictures and videos she sends throughout their stays. She goes above and beyond even providing thoughtful provisions for them such as a heated blanket or extra toys/treats they now love. She even accommodated a meet and greet the first time to ensure our dogs would feel comfortable when they returned for their first stay. Would highly recommend!

Our dog Scout was very well taken care of by Mona. He looked so happy in the photos that she sent us during the week we boarded him with her. I highly recommend Mona if you need to board your dog.

Lily was amazing! First time with her and she had my girl with her for a week. She’s calm and sweet to communicate with and gives regular photos and videos that offer soo much peace of mind. My girl was obviously enjoying herself with her typical antics in the photos and videos. My German Shepherd and I had never been apart one night. I chose Gabriela because of the positive reviews on Rover.com and because she owned a husky mix. I am not accustomed to 100% Perfection for any endeavor in life but this was a wonderful experience. The best ever. I received updates and pics and videos every day. Pictures do not lie. My dog had the time of his life! He was happy, overly active (sorry Gabriella!) and ate like a champ. He is a bit of a wild child at 2 years old. Thank you Rover.com and Gabriela and her family for such a shockingly wonderful perfect experience. You deserve a 10-star rating and I will book again and again.
