Kellie took excellent care of the pups (and the rats, too!) Kellie checked marked all that was asked and then some! They were very accommodating with all of the “special requests” I had made, thanks for that! Her notes are very detailed and the animals looked like they had a great time from the photos they sent! Will definitely book again!

Madison was above and beyond! Our cat is easily scared and has hard to manage diabetes. No one has been able to take such good care of our skittish elderly kitty. So impressed and so grateful!

Michelle was an awesome caretaker while I was away! The kitties were stressed out and gave her some extra work but she helped me out and took care of the the cats no problem and kept me updated every step of the way. If you are searching for someone to look after your fur babies book Norman! We had a family emergency that required short notice travel that coincided with Thanksgiving week, and we are brand new to Austin. Enter Norman. We picked him because he has been verified and had good reviews. He was very responsive, available for our pets on very short notice, answered all my questions and scheduled a phone call with us to go over pet specifics. Norman is very professional. He checked in every day, sent pictures of the cats, and followed all the instructions perfectly. We highly recommend him and will book him next time we are out of town.

Chris was wonderful with my 100 lb puppy. He came to us for a meet and greet, and really did a great job trying to understand my dog before I left town. He sent a lot of great photos and videos and made me feel very comfortable to leave my dog in his care for a long weekend! Will definitely request Chris’s help us out with future dog care, 11/10 would book again

We absolutely loved Savannah and will use her any opportunity we have. She met us and our pets ahead of time. They loved her, very responsible.
