Ann is the best, more than I could ever have expected. When I lived in Houston, I would have always used friends and family to help me with my pets when I was out of town. Since I moved 6 months ago to Georgetown, I have not been able to find anyone trustworthy. That's until I met Ann. She's watched my cat Cleo this past week and let me tell you that she exceeded my expectations. She did everything that I asked, plus she sent pictures and brought Cleo some toys. I had such a great experience booking with Mingming! She was patient and treated my cat with so much care. Every day she sent me lots of videos and photos, so I always knew how things were going.She checked everything carefully—including water, litter, and feeding—and took care of my instruction step seriously. She spent a lot of time playing with my kitten, which really put my heart at ease while I was away. Highly recommend! I’ll definitely book with Mingming again.

We are truly thrilled to have found Bre H. Although I found it odd at first, watching the *immediate* success of her ‘meet & greet’ process with my dog, I must admit was pretty cool. Hint hint: It involves dirty clothes!! Our dog responded exactly like Bre said she would respond and Bre took the visit from there! The introduction process was truly impressive. Needless to say, we were hooked!! Humans & animals alike. For hours after Bre H. leaves our home our dog kinda just sniffs around and then stares at us like, “when is she coming back.” Bre H. is a keeper folks!!

Samantha was great! She was able to flex when one of our kitties showed signs of stress. Our kitties loved her! We came home to happy, healthy cats.

Tracey took good care of our old and skittish Luke. She was very professional and did what we asked of her. She was not able to make visits during weekday afternoons but she was flexible and we were able to find a suitable time. Thank you so much, Tracey, and we highly recommend her.

Becky was very friendly and respectful of my kitties needs. She was timely and made sure his food schedule and water was wonderfully attended, as well as his litter box. Will be using her services again in the future!

Chantell was professional, kind, and absolutely great with my pup. She did several weeks of regular drop-in visits with my dog, and she took fantastic care of her. She was great about communicating what happened during each visit and helpful in modifying the booking when needed.

Maggie provider my baby cat Tiger with FIVE-STAR care over the four days I had to leave town. She visited him twice a day, made sure he was well fer, cleaned his litter, played with him a lot, and kept me very well updated throughout. I look forward to working with Maggie again!

Carina made me feel very comfortable with the care of Brooklynn. Not only was the communication very detailed, timely and thorough in the updates provided to me, but she took additional time to really ensure Brooklynn had plenty of recess and attention while I was away. I will absolutely request Carina for my future sitting needs, and would 100% recommend to anyone who needs drop-in visits for their pets.
