Melissa is the best!!! Super kind, very detail oriented, always punctual and great communication. She leaves super detailed notes on her visits, and honestly I think our cats prefer her to me now 🤭 We will continue to ask her to take care of our cats as long as she is available. 10/10 definitely recommend!

Denigh was absolutely wonderful with my cats! Each of them has different personalities and she spent the time getting to know them and adjusting care to fit their needs. She was able to fit in wonderfully into their routine and give them the attention they needed. Denigh was incredibly attentive, responsive, and went above and beyond. I cannot recommend Charlotte enough! I was worried about leaving my cat for 3 weeks, my longest trip planned since I adopted her, but having Charlotte there made me feel at ease. She was super responsive/quick to reply on the daily, even with the 12 hour time difference, and sent me regular updates which I really appreciated. My cat is a shy rescue but she bonded with Charlotte remarkably quickly. I could see how much she was being loved and cared for through her body language in pictures & videos. Charlotte seems to have an intuitive gift with pets that make her a fantastic caretaker. I also unexpectedly had to extend my trip last minute and not only did she accommodate my request, she was also open to walking another petsitter through what needed to be done in case she wasn’t available. I am very grateful to have found Charlotte and would hire her again in an instant. My usually anxious cat is so at ease with her and so am I, knowing she’s taking care of my cat and home🥹

Sara is our go-to sitter when we are out of town. Our kitty Marlowe adores her (no easy feat) and we know he is in the best of hands. Sara communicates very clearly, sending lots of pictures and updates. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

I am very happy with the job that Odalys did taking care of my kitties while I was gone. They were professional from start to finish and responsive to communications. I will try to book with them again when I need pet care.
