Leaving my pets behind is never easy, but this time I had an extra layer of worry...one of my dogs is reactive, crazy energetic/athletic and overall a handful to manage. Ignacio not only took on the challenge, but did so with a level of patience, understanding, and genuine love that exceeded my highest expectations!! From the very first interaction, his communication was exceptional. He kept me informed every step of the way...sending thoughtful updates, photos, and letting me know exactly how the day was going. It wasn’t just that he was following instructions (which he did perfectly), it was that he approached my pets as if they were his own. When my “problem child” inevitably had his moments, Ignacio stayed calm and steady..problem-solving on the spot in ways that made me feel relieved. He went above and beyond in cleaning up after unexpected messes, making sure my home and pets were in great condition when I returned. His ability to remain composed in situations where others might have panicked is truly a testament to his skill and experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It’s rare to find someone who so clearly loves what they do, but Ignacio is THAT person. His dedication to caring for animals isn’t just a job, it’s a passion & it shows in every single detail. I came home to happy, well-cared-for pets and an overwhelming sense of gratitude for having found him. Ignacio is the kind of sitter you dream of finding on Rover....trustworthy, compassionate, experienced, and genuinely invested in the well-being of the animals he looks after. I sincerely hope I get the chance to book with him again because sitters like him are truly one in a million✨️✨️

Allison was fantastic!! Her communication was excellent, she had very fast response time and since I booked this so last minute I was very grateful that she was able to go check in on roxiee. I will definitely being using her services again in the future.. Roxiee also seem to have really enjoyed and like Allison as well..

We are so thankful to have found Denigh who is absolutely stellar with our kitties. She takes the time to learn their little quirks and curate her time with them to fit their needs. I am able to vacation without a worry knowing that my cats are well looked after and loved in my absence. Don’t hesitate to book Denigh for even a second!

Nev took good care of my dog Maxine during drop in visits over 4th of July weekend. Communication was great (texts, photos) as was reliability.

Sara was great on her initial drop in visit with my very reactive dog. She made her comfortable right away and it appears they got along great. Sara did everything I asked including giving meds. She made me much more comfortable about my upcoming trip when Sara will be staying longer.

Odalys and her partner are absolutely wonderful! We’ve used them twice now for our kitty and know that he is in amazing hands with pets, treats and love. They goes above and beyond with their communication, send detailed photos and the perfect pics of our boy having a great time. Highly recommend!
