Incredible service from Pamela!! This was our pups’ first experience with Rover and it was a phenomenal one. The dogs were very well cared for and were always happy to see Pamela - even after a bit of hesitation at first from one of our anxious babies, Pamela took the time to make her her feel comfortable and loved. Barbara is the absolute best! She sent us photos and summaries throughout the visits so we were always in the loop of what was going on. She played and tuckered out my 3 large dogs through each visit. When I came home my house looked like it did when I left! She went above and beyond for our animals and our home. We highly recommend her and will most definitely be a returning customer!

This is my second time booking Tim, and just as before, he did a great job. Tim gave me regular updates, pics, and voluntarily went above and beyond the usual sitter expectations. My two cats are familiar with and fond of Tim -- I don't even know how he does that. I have no problem recommending Tim for anyone who needs peace of mind for their pets.

Randi & Steven were awesome and really took time to understand our 3 pups and have them the right attention and care needed. Kuddos to them for helping wrangling our pit puppy who is very energetic. Would highly recommend them for dog sitting services!

I can’t say enough good things about our dog Mary! She came to my home for drop in visits over two days. I felt completely at ease knowing my fur babies were in such caring hands. She was thorough with every visit, making sure my dogs had food, water, their meds, and some treats, and even let me know when one of them didn’t eat or use the restroom. She also sent a good amount of photos during each visit, which really reassured me that my pups were happy and well cared for. I really appreciated her attention to detail—she noticed when one of my dogs had some paw and belly irritation and made sure to keep me updated. She communicated clearly, always letting me know when she was on her way and giving an ETA. I truly trusted her with my pets, and I’ll definitely use her again. Highly recommend!

Its was a huge relief to have Jordan checking on my boys while I was on vacation. I had never left them before so knowing they were happy made it easier to relax and enjoy my vacation. I will definitely schedule drop ins with Jordan the next time I have to leave.

This is the first time hiring a cat sitter on Rover, but we feel so lucky to have found Angela. When she led with cats in her profile, I knew she was the real deal cat lady for us! Angela was kind enough to meet up a few days before to meet our cats and get the low down. I instantly felt at ease with her and knew our cats and home were in excellent hands. Our two female cats came out for Angela when we were away. I knew Cleo would have no issues coming out because she loves attention, but our elusive Luna usually hides from people she is not familiar with. Luna realized she was safe and made her appearance after a couple of days. We were updated daily with photos and progress reports. Thanks again Angela and hope to hire you again in the future!
