Jessica is a natural! She helped me so much with my precious cat, Cosmo, on his second day with me. He warmed up to her quickly and she gave great recommendations. I look forward to booking her again!

What a lucky last second shot in the dark! I needed someone to go over to the house same day, and check on our cat. I reached out to many profiles in one shot, and luckily for us, Kim was first to respond; immediately after my request. She is highly competent and reliable. I was able to send all the instructions/info once, and she got it. Where with anyone new, I was of course expecting I’d need to be available for any possible issues with locating our home, getting inside, any questions one would have, or urgent need to reach me. And I desperately needed to drop my phone and go to sleep from where I got stuck 2000 miles away. Info sent, I passed out, later woke up and saw she had no issues or questions, as she understood everything I wrote her, and has excellent self management skill. She even showed up on time (early morning right after posting out) even though I said any time that day was okay- that the posted time was only set because we have to of course post an exact time. She also stayed for the full time I’d posted, to give Twiggy some lap time, when I said she didn’t need to stay longer than it took to do the quick feeding drill etc, as she was helping us so last second. Definitely a lucky catch!

Leigh Ann was great! I was so nervous about having someone check in on my worry wart of a dog. But she kept me constantly updated and sent me a ton of pictures. It was a relief knowing he was in good hands. And she was kind enough to bring in all our packages 🙏🏼 She’s the best!

Hilda was great! She came by for a 60 min drop in and took great care of our pups. She sent me lots of photos and did everything that I had asked her to. Will definitely rebook with her!

Ashley was awesome! She took care of our babies while we went out of town. Loved all of the pictures and great communication as she came and went. Will definitely book with Ashley again!

Madison is truly outstanding! Her punctuality coupled with her great communication about how our dogs were doing was absolutely professional in every aspect. We will make her our first choice!

Casandra was so great with our kitty! Although Miksa was very shy and hesitant, Casandra tried her best to make her comfortable while we were away. She also provided lots of updates and had a friendly demeanour, thank you Casandra!

Carole was so amazing! We had additional needs having a dog, cat, and geckos. She did perfect with every single one of them. Not to mention she also did this over the holidays! She was always on time, checked in daily with pictures, and the did everything we needed plus some. I highly recommend and will go through her when going on future trips! Thanks Carole!

Louise is fantastic! She is flexible and is really great with my 3 month old puppy. She stops in twice a day and ensures all my puppy’s needs are meet - multiple potty breaks, food, water, play time, etc. Louise makes sure to give me an update after each visit which keeps me relieved while I am away. So glad to have found Louise!

I've used Aurellia twice now and both times have been more than impressed. She's on time and takes plenty of pictures. Highly recommend
