Dog Boarding in Shavano Park

Charlie was so calm and made himself at home so easily. I received lots of happy pictures and communication about his stay. We are already re-booking again.

There really aren’t enough stars for Allison. She’s one of a kind for sure. She took excellent care of my sweet boy while I was away, and I felt comfortable leaving my Ace with her. She went the extra mile on his birthday (last-minute) and gave him doggy ice cream while singing Happy Birthday—such a beautiful gesture!! Her boys are awesome and they treated Ace like family. I didn’t worry ONCE about my big guy and you can’t put a price on that kind of trust. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Allison again. Were the lucky ones after meeting her and her awesome family!!!!!

Jackie is so amazing with my lil senior dog. She takes care of the diapers, her food and my dog loves her so much. I feel very at ease when I leave her with Jackie.

My dog absolutely loves Rocio & Nobuaki! They sent me pictures and videos of my dog every day while gone. And He really looks comfortable his staying with their nice and warm family. I highly recommend them.

Lorena was wonderful! She sent me lots of pictures and took Oliver out on many walks. Oliver was very comfortable and happy staying with Lorena. He got lots of love!

I can’t say enough great things about Jenny. She was simplyAMAZING with my fur baby. She is definitely our preferred sitter. Thank you, Jenny, for the love and gentleness you show our baby.

Stretch can be a little hesitant with new people at first but Elisabeth & Gerald have made him feel so welcomed! I always feel so comfortable leaving him with them for days at a time, they will send updates with pictures the whole time! Highly recommend!!!

Wen was great! We have two small dogs that can be har to take care of, and she did it with no problem! She is extremely nice and sent a lot of photos of or dogs while we were gone! I would recommend her to everyone!

Skylar is wonderful with my senior pug and my Pekingese. It’s great to leave town and not worry about them. She sends lots of photos during their stay👏❤️

Diana was great. She sent me frequent updates with lots of pictures. Her and her family gave Odie lots of love and attention. I would 10/10 recommend.

Danielle and her family took excellent care of Bodhi. They sent us updates and photos and made sure Bodhi received plenty of exercise and attention. We will definitely use them again.

Sarah was hands down the best experience I've ever had on Rover. She was friendly, flexible and great with our dog. We received multiple updates with pictures as well as daily communication from her. Our dog Duke didn't want to come home with us after staying with her for a week. Great Job!

Esther was very friendly and took really good care of our yorkipoo. I like that she focuses on small breeds since my dog tends to be very shy around large dogs. Esther sent me several photos and updates, which I really appreciated. We will definitely book with her again!

Wilber and Jeanelly were amazing! They responded very quickly to our last minute request. They made us feel secure in leaving our puppy for the first time. We had no worries while our pup was with them. We received a video and pics throughout our day with updates. Communication was great, pick up and drop off was a breeze. Highly recommend if you’re in the San Antonio area. ☺️ Thank you so much for making our first drop off such a great experience.

David and Jennifer continue to be my go-to to take care of my pup while I am away. They are always able to fit her in at the last minute and the pictures and videos they send are great.

Trooper had a wonderful time at Charlie and Madeleine's! This was the first time Trooper had to stay behind while I traveled, and though it was difficult for me at first we were lucky to have found somebody like Charlie and Madeleine! I appreciated Madeleine's knowledge of introducing new dogs on neutral territory and their discipline with all dogs. From the photos and videos that they sent me, I was sure (and almost jealous) that Trooper was having a great time and was being well cared for. Thank you Charlie and Madeleine! I was able to travel worry-free thanks to both of you. Trooper had a great time!

Tamara is an excellent communicator and provided us with plenty of updates. We would happily leave our pups with her again. Her home is well suited for relaxing or playing, which suited our pups perfectly.

Dave was wonderful with our dog. He was accommodating with our drop off and pick up schedule and Holler Back seemed really happy in his home. She's a nervous older gal who does not handle it well when we leave her, but she was comfortable with Dave. We will definitely be booking him again for a future stay.
