Our pets are part of our family. Honestly, in our home, they’re more like our children, so entrusting someone new to care for them is always nerve-wracking. Between supplements mixed into meals, automatic Surefeed feeders, and a Litter-Robot setup, there’s a bit of a learning curve—but Demang and Shirley handled everything flawlessly, as if they’d known our cats forever. From the moment they met, it was clear that Demang and Shirley have a special gift with animals—a calm, intuitive presence that puts even the most anxious pet at ease. Our shy, skittish cat (who normally takes days to trust anyone) warmed up to them almost instantly. And our other cat, who loves attention, couldn’t get enough of their affection and playtime. When we returned home, the funniest thing happened. Our cats barely lifted their heads to greet us once they realized it wasn’t Demang and Shirley walking through the door! That says everything about how loved, secure, and happy they felt while we were away. It’s rare to find people who care for your pets with the same genuine love, attentiveness, and joy that you do, but that’s exactly who Demang and Shirley are. They’re true animal whisperers, and I feel incredibly grateful to have found them. I plan to use them for all our future cat care needs!

They’ve cared for our littles twice now and are absolutely amazing! Extremely fast responses and always check in before/after visits. I know our cats truly adore them and love on them each time. Wouldn’t trust anyone else!

Tonda was the perfect person for our first experience with Rover! From Tonda's first visit, it was a relief to have her there to take care of our cat Cookie. Her calendar was fairly full but she was very reponsive to our messages and was able to sqeeze our request in last minute. We hope she is available next time we have a vacation!

Our cat got sick so we had some last minute diet and medication changes before Alyssa came to visit, but Alyssa managed it perfectly and now our kitty is feeling much better! Communication with Alyssa has been excellent.

I planned a nine days trip during the holidays and was very concerned about where to leave my dog. He is loved and very pampered. I knew it had to be with someone I could trust. I visited the website and found Janell. She was located only 5 minutes from my home. My dog and I visited her. He was comfortable during the visit. I could tell he was right at home. During my vacation, Janell sent pictures and notes about him and his progress. He did well. Janell was great! She is personable and had a genuine interest in my pets wellbeing. Wonderful from start to finish. Very attentive to all 3 of my cats! Did grooming things I did not even request, made sure to spend plenty of time with them. They were relaxed and happy when I got home. Had to book for a last minute trip and Victoria came through and absolutely exceeded any expectations I may have had. Will be booking her regularly!

I recently had the pleasure of leaving my kitten in Ashley’s care for the weekend, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! She was incredibly accommodating from the start—allowing me to drop my kitten off the night before my trip due to an early morning flight. Ashley kept me updated throughout the weekend with regular pictures and videos, which gave me so much peace of mind. My kitten was initially a bit of a challenge, hissing when we dropped her off, but Ashley was patient and kind, and by Saturday, they were cuddling and playing like old friends. She also noticed that my kitten had dirty ears and had been scratching at them. Not only did she let me know right away, but she also offered to clean them and apply a topical treatment. I truly appreciated her attentiveness and care. Ashley went above and beyond, and it’s clear she genuinely loves and understands animals. I’ll absolutely be booking with her again. She’s earned a repeat customer!
