Dog Boarding in Smithville

Our dog had a great time with Kyle and his dogs. We received lots of pictures and updates of the dogs playing, and resting, during their stay. He really had a good time.

Sara was so great with my pup. She and her husband cared for him for a full week, they sent daily updates and made sure he had the best time. When I went to pick him up he clearly felt right at home and was so happy. I will definitely book Sara again next time I am I need. My pup also loved playing with the other dogs they were caring for and I’m glad he was with a pack.

We decided to try Rover instead of a boarding facility for a recent unexpected trip since our dogs were never kennel trained. We wanted them to stay with someone who would treat them like family—and we’re so glad we did! Irina was absolutely amazing with our pups. From the moment we arrived, she was warm and welcoming, and throughout their stay she kept us updated with photos and videos. She cared for them as if they were her own, and we’re so grateful for that. Highly recommend Irina!

Carmen is amazing. We had to go out of town because of a death in the family and my dog is elderly so I was a bit worried about leaving him behind for the first time in a few years. My mind was quickly put at ease as when we arrived he went right on in wagging his tail all the way. (He’s always been a great judge of character!) carmen sent me videos or pictures a couple times a day and it was such a relieve to see him so happy and content as we were busy planning and grieving. Having my mind at ease during such a difficult time lets me know when I go on vacation that I don’t have to be worried at all. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Jennifer and her family were amazing with our sweet four year old dog! They kept her on her eating schedule, kept an eye on her inside and out, and were gracious with her, even when she woke up in the middle of the night. It is so amazing to have someone that you know is going to take such good care of your pet when you need to leave them.

My two huskies were cared for wonderfully. Very professional and caring. Definitely will let Gloria watch them again. Truly an awesome and trusted person!!!

This is the first time we used Rover and I have to admit Cannon made us loved the app! Our dog Yoshi loved her temporary home so much that she even barked at us! We think it was because she felt sooo good , she considered to be part of Cannon's home now ? Yoshi even came back home smelling better than when we left her and even put some pounds! A sign she was feeling just like home! I honestly feel thrilled for the amazing time she seems to have had at Cannon's. Last time we took her to a boarding place and she was miserable whe we picked her. Her fur was falling off, lost muscular mass and weight as well. I was able to tell she probably barely left her cage due to the marks on her fur from spending too much time constraint. Anyways, from the bottom of our hearts, HUGE THANKS to Cannon and his family for the amazing care they showed to Yoshi making her felt like home! A truly 5 stars service!!!

This was my second time booking Naseem's boarding service. I really appreciate her treating my dog as her own. I could see my dog was very comfortable from the pictures she sent me as an update. Looking forward to book Naseem again in the future.

Norm was amazing! He sent us daily pictures and updates. Our baby girl even got a new toy, which she loves! He spoiled her rotten and it was obvious - she came back one pampered pup! When we got in much later than anticipated, he even brought her to us so we didn't have to travel anymore so late! Extremely attentive and professional! Definitely recommend Norm! He's the best!

Teresa took great care of my pup and gave me plenty of updates throughout their time together. Her dog, Luca, was also very friendly and got along well with my senior dog.

Tina was awesome! This was my first time using rover and having someone other than family watch our fur baby so I was pretty nervous. She sent me pictures daily and lots of updates on how she was doing. I will absolutely use her again in the future.
