Michelle was great and would definitely book with her again. She was prompt and had great communication. Open to questions, requests, and flexible. Normally after 2 weeks my cats are standoffish when I come back from a trip. This time I could tell Michelle had taken the time to interact with them and they were so loveable on my return!
