I am so happy I decided to go with Rover. The site was easy to use and I was able to search my desired sitter by so many options. So when I found Delbert H, he was so responsive from our first chat encounter. He worked around our schedule for our initial meet and greet. from the first time that Popcorn saw him and the way he responded to our fur baby was incredible. It was warm and inviting to for Popcorn. Delbert has been and was very responsive to chats from the site and that means a lot. He even sent us a picture of Popcorn's first morning with him and his family. Delbert H. understood the needs of my fur baby and no problems with caring for him. Popcorn is a 10 mo old with much energy and about 3 people from the site did not accept puppies and that is totally fine, everyone has their own preference, and I appreciate that they quickly informed me. So getting back to Delbert H. when we went to pick him up, he was so happy and playful and showed so much love to Delbert and made our hearts glad since Popcorn had never been away from us. He was clean and well-groomed to point his ears and teeth were shiny and clean. I plan to continue with the services of Delbert H and highly recommend him personally and his services.

This was the best experience for me and my pup. Communication was great and I could tell my dog had a great time and was well cared for. We will be a forever customer.

Lesly and her family were the best caregivers for my baby on his 2 week stay with them. I am truly grateful to have met them and will keep bringing my baby to them. She shared pictures and videos every day of his stay. He came back home happy and well taken care of. 100% recommend Lesly for your pet care needs.

Kami does an excellent boarding service for my Josep, a french bulldog. She keeps him well hydrated and cool inside the house. Josep feels at home with Kami and this excellent care and service makes a Kami a standout Rover sitter/provider. Highly recommend her.

Alex and Samuel were amazing with Odin. They kept us updated everyday. Odin seemed so happy even though we were away. I HIGHLY recommend them and will definitely be using their services again (: you can trust them whole heartedly with your fur baby.

If I can give Lizet and Joshua a 10 star I would!!! I was a little skeptical at first of using Rover because I’ve never used it to leave my furbaby Penny overnight. But I’m glad I did and that Lizet and Joshua watched her. They texted me every morning and every night with pictures of Penny and kept me up to date with how she was during the day. They treated her like she was theirs. I am 100% going to use them in the future! They’re great people and I’m so glad I found them.

Lori and her family took excellent care of our two pups! We scheduled a meet and greet prior to booking and as soon as we met Lori and her mom we knew our Cooper and Cookie would be given lots of love and attention! We had complete peace of mind leaving them in their care and we will definitely book with them again!

Jada normally does our drop in visits when she is available, but this time she boarded our two pups! She was amazing like always. My pups are high energy and require a lot of attention. Jada made sure they had both! She even bought a splash pad for them to play outside during the day in. She sent regular updates that always included pictures and/or videos! She is always very prompt with communication. She is patient and really loves my two crazy pups. I would 100% recommend Jada for boarding. I felt at ease knowing that they were not only safe and well taken care of, but also loved!

Cathy was very accommodating and welcoming to my Chu Chu. We video chatted prior to bringing him and that made me feel very comfortable. Her home was clean, she sent pictures, took him for walks. She understood how to socialize the dogs when first welcoming them in. I’m so happy with her service and will be using her again in the future.

Esteban and Alana were amazing hosts for Milo. They sent me reports, videos and pictures daily and even baked Milo a cake for his 4th birthday. They went above and beyond and eased my mind while I was away for work. I couldn’t recommend better care for your furry family member!

Lara was very accommodating and punctual in picking up Rocky on a last minute reservation change. Like always Lara did an amazing job taking care of Rocky.

I don't know how lucky we, including Scruffy, are to have been matched with Darcy, and her family. I've never used a private sitter for my Scruffy. We have been using our long time groomer as a boarder for Scruffy. But as her business grew she was no longer able to let him wander freely. He was kenneled and we vowed not to do that to him. Now I know I'm biased but he's literally an angel on earth. So when i found this service I decided to really look into it. Darcy lived in a lovely home, had a small dog also and children. That's Scruffys dream situation! So we met her and let her meet scruffy and seemed like a great match. We arranged a 7 or 8 day stay. Can't remember. Then we decided to leave (drive) for Florida at 6:am. We asked her if there was any way possible to drop him the night before, she agreed. When I tell you the peace and reassurance that I felt with her. She said he could freely roam the house. He just follows you and plops down by you all day . 😇🥰 Darcy sent me multiple pictures and comments everyday! It took us 12 hours to drive an 8 hour trip! The traffic on I10 from Lafayette to Liberty exit was horrible. I told Darcy We probably won't make it. We should have made it by 8:00 including stops for gas/food. So she kept him another extra day saying he was really good and she didn't mind. We had a wonderful, wonderful time! Best part was Scruffy was well taken care of and comfortable and happy. I'll never use another sitter for him. I think he sees her as family now.

Wonderful people to pet sit my cats while I was gone for a few days. He sent me updates and pictures to show how well they were doing. 10/5 stars. Will definitely ask for him again if I need to board my cats again. I really recommend him. ??

I could tell how comfortable my dog was in your home by the pictures you sent. Thank you for paying such close attention to his skin due to his allergies and applying lotion to help with any discomfort he may of had. I truly appreciated that my boy was the only furry baby you were caring for. Even though he is animal friendly I felt better that he would receive all your attention. Thank you again for all the love and attention you gave him! Also, the card was a nice personal touch. I will 100% book with you again.

We couldn’t ask for a better sitter than Chanisy! From the very beginning she has been professional, kind, and incredibly attentive to our dogs’ needs. She always keeps us updated with plenty of photos, which gives us complete peace of mind while we’re away. It’s obvious she truly loves what she does—our dogs always come home happy, relaxed, and spotless. The secure yard, playtime with other pups, and the thoughtful extras she provides (like puzzle games and enrichment activities) make all the difference.
