Robert and Katie were amazing! Pictures and updates every day, they went the extra mile and took our trash out for us and brought us back our key a day after the service ended. They were so kind and so thoughtful. I will definitely book them again!

Very response, prompt, and thorough. Our new puppy showing signs that he was getting sick (not due to anything related to the sitter) during Shanaz’s drop-in visit. She was very helpful and provided us with several updates on how the puppy was doing during her drop-in visit, including pictures and videos. We really appreciated her flexibility and support.

I could tell from the photos taken that I had a very happy pup! Cheryl came when she said she would and it was so nice not to worry about being gone all day because Tessa was cared for!

Sabrina did an amazing job looking after my Binx! Always prompt and took multiple photos when she dropped in. Will absolutely be requesting her in the future!

Joleen is amazing with our animals! We have a total of 6 and she always manages to make sure all of them get the care they need. One of my dogs is very picky about who she likes and she has always loved Joleen. Joleen is very attentive as well and takes detailed notes on their care and always leaves a goodie bag at the end of her visits. I’ve had her watch our animals for a week at a time with no issues or concerns. I highly recommend her!

Jennifer was a dream come true for us leaving our 140 lb. Great Dane for the first time in 2 years. She came over for two "pre-visits" on her own time, and was extremely patient, loving and knowledgeable about how to put him at ease. The trice daily Rover cards were wonderful to get as well. Due to our situation we were unable to get together for a meet and greet, but Alexi did an amazing job watching and caring for our pups! They got along great and she kept us updated with photos and texts :) I would highly recommend her as she is reliable and attentive

Sophia did a wonderful job of seeing after our pets. Her detailed and expressive summaries helped us stay connected with them during our time away.

Arielle did a great job dropping in and taking care of my kitties. Even my shy Waffles opened up and let her pet and feed her. Yueh loved her from the start. She followed my instructions on how to care for my fur babies. She sent pictures every visit to keep me updated, which helped ease my worries about leaving them home. I look forward to having her sit for my kitties again.

I am totally satisfied by the care taken by Benny and Isabela at my place for my fur babies while I was gone on vacation for 2 weeks. They not only sent me pics and videos, but also communicated and replied back promptly with the questions I had. They are flexible too. I found both my fur babies happy when I came back. Erik is friendly and the babies love him! There was an issue with the alarm [totally my fault] but he handled it so well! The dogs can’t wait to do it again!
