Allison was fantastic!! Her communication was excellent, she had very fast response time and since I booked this so last minute I was very grateful that she was able to go check in on roxiee. Ignacio provided fantastic services that included a meet and greet with my wife, myself, and our 3 fur babies. He made us feel comfortable and encouraged to provide useful information for his dog sitting as he actively took notes during said meet and greet. Ignacio provided personalized notes with each visit and photos of all the pets to again provide comfort to ease our anxiety while away from home. We feel comfortable and excited to take our next trip soon with hopes that Ignacio will be available to be our pet sitter again. We appreciate his services very much.
