The home was clean, well-kept, and very dog-friendly. I appreciated the photo updates throughout the day, which gave me peace of mind. It was clear she paid close attention to my dog, as her comments perfectly matched my dog’s personality. I also loved that she made time for playtime, ensuring my dog stayed active and happy. Mai was great with Lily! I needed someone last minute for doggie day care and Mai jumped right in to save the day. She sent me multiple pictures throughout the day and it looked like Lily was having a great time. Lily was happy when I picked her up. I will use Mai again.

First-time dog mom. My puppy is 7 months old and I have never left him with anyone else. My husband and I reached out to Maria and Steve because they have such positive reviews. We were fortunate enough to have a conversation with them via Facetime where we were able to share our desires for our dog. The conversation was reassuring as I could tell they are very experienced and care for the dogs they look after. Of I went to drop off my dear Papi Chulo. It was not easy for me to leave my dog with someone. I will be honest, I let out a tear or two as I drove away. About 10 minutes later I received a photo from Steve. Papi had settled in and was relaxing. This was very reassuring. I truly appreciate Steve and Maria promptly answering text messages and keeping me informed. I could tell that my dog enjoyed visiting their home. I would definitely drop off Papi in the future.
