We loved Tanya! She took our booking on a rather short notice and was completely professional with such a big heart! I had even forgotten a few tidbits to mention to her but she answered her messages quickly and got it done! My girls instantly loved her and were excited when she dropped in on them. She always sent pictures and updates of how he was doing. I knew my cat was well taken care of and in good hands. When I came home, he was super chilled, relaxed and in good spirits.
