Dog Boarding in West Lake Hills

Lily was great with our labradoodle, she sent us updates daily and our dog looked happy. Thanks again Lily for looking after our dog while on vacation.

Wow! This was Reggie’s first booking with Denise and it will not be our last! She’s awesome! We received daily reports about our sweet boy and a few photos each day. She’s quick to respond and made communicating easy. Reggie had a ball at her place! He really seemed to enjoy her other guests - we knew they helped to motivate him to play and go for his walks. 5 star experience! Reggie approved! (:

Anna took wonderful care of my kitten Zuko. Very knowledgeable on cat care, super sweet, and amazing communication and updates. Would for sure book again!

Mary was an outstanding dog sitter. Our dog got exercise every day, plenty of social time playing with other dogs, and even made progress on leash training while in her care. Mary stayed in constant communication and sent daily photo updates, which made a huge difference. I felt completely at ease knowing our dog was in such good hands! We’ll absolutely be using her again ☺️

Allison was great. Took great care of Luna and sent pictures. We would use her again when visiting Austin.

Lisa was awesome with our dog! She kept us updated with pictures and how everything was going while we were away. I would highly recommend her for boarding and any other service.

Kosmo was very well taken care of by Cassandra and Jason while I was away for the weekend. Multiple daily walks, play time, etc. I never had to worry about anything! They also followed instructions well to ensure Kosmo was comfortable for the short periods they were away.

Emily was the BEST pet sitter I’ve used by far!!! So many great pictures and updates, walked them, and I picked them up and could tell they were sad to leave her!!!

Gol and her daughter sent daily photos/video’s and were very responsive and kind, and my pup came back happier than ever. I recommend to everyone!!

My dog Raylan loved his afternoon with Ashley! She took him for a walk, allowed him to drool on her, and even induced him to take a nap! We’re so glad that he’s invited back!

Rui always does an incredible job keeping our puppy safe while we’re away!! I think our pup was sad to come home this time and wanted to stay with Rui 😂 Thank you, Rui!!

Asha was so great with my pup. My pup got along so well with Carlton and Asha provided so many cute pictures of my little guy. She even found a hardness for him to use and took him on a walk around the lake trail. She is super responsive and flexible as well.

Lacy was fantastic with Otto. It was his first time boarding with other dogs and she managed it beautifully. She knew how to introduce them and reassured me in a way that allowed me to enjoy my trip without being worried for him. I’m very grateful.

They have a beautiful home with lots of space for dogs. They took great care of my little dogs and sent lots of pictures. Our dogs all got along great. Couldn't be happier.

Carmen is AMAZING our three dogs were so happy in her care. She is the most responsive, friendliest, & caring rover we have had. Our dogs had plenty of attention and play time with other pals and outside. Thank you so much Carmen. Our pups can’t wait to come back.

Kristen took wonderful care of our two pups! Sent us pictures during their stay, treated them like her own and answered all texts within minutes! Will definitely be taking them back to her!

She took extreme care with my dogs this whole weekend and made my destination wedding possible. I am so, so grateful. She sent cute pictures each day and contacted us when needed. Unfortunately my smaller dog got sick and she was so kind, and caring. Even when some of her nice things were messed up. Her home is loving and peaceful and her backyard is great for exploring! I enjoyed sitting and chatting with her before and after as well! I would give her a 100/100.

Amy is amazing!!!!! I truly felt that our dog was safe in her hands. They had so much fun and we constantly got photos which made me feel a little closer to our dog on our trip away. I HIGHLY recommend Amy for your next sitter. We plan to book her again for our next trip! ?

Christine and Collin were amazing! They kept us updated with photos and took such great care of our senior pups, making sure they were comfortable and happy. It was clear they genuinely cared. We felt totally at ease while we were away and will definitely be booking with them again!

Kimberley took such wonderful care of my cat. Her communication and updates were perfectly timed and informative—just the right amount. I especially appreciated her detailed explanations about how things were going. Since this was our first time and it was for an extended period, I was a bit anxious at first. But Kimberley's frequent updates quickly put me at ease, and I was able to enjoy my vacation without worries. My cat adjusted well, even started snuggling with Kimberley early on, and made a few doggy friends—which was absolutely adorable. I truly appreciated her flexibility and the warm, attentive care she provided throughout the entire stay. I’ll definitely be using her services again. I'm just so glad I found her!
