Dog Boarding in West Lake Hills

Lily was fantastic. She was always very responsive, on time and attentive with my dog Luna. She was very accommodating and flexible with my requests. Thank you Lily.

Denise is great and my pup loved it there. The big yard is a big bonus, my dog loves being outside and Denise made me real comfortable with messages and pics over the three days she was there. Will definitely take my dog back there.

Anna was incredible with our dog Ollie!! She’s is so dedicated and cares for our dog like he’s her own. She communicates often and gives daily photo updates which we loved! She even took Ollie all around Austin, and gave him lots of walks, interaction with people, and pets! Could not recommend Anna enough.

Mary was amazing! She communicated clearly and sent lots of videos and pictures of my dogs having fun. She often sent pictures of them getting cuddles and sleeping. It gave me great comfort seeing my puppies so relaxed and happy.

Erika is friendly, has excellent communication, and responds quickly. Loved the photo updates and knowing that our beagle was happy and in good hands. Convenient location off the highway is another plus.

Elena was wonderful. My dog had a great time and even seemed a bit sad to leave. She sent pics and videos daily. Communication was great. We had some travel delays, and she was so accommodating. Would 100% recommend.

Christy really helped us out with a last minute request! She is a prompt and consistent communicator. Took Bruno out for long walks and gave us happy updates. Bruno came home like he just got back from vacation.

Stephanie and her family were amazing! So warm and friendly and welcoming (even when our dog decided to mark his territory immediately in their living room!). Appreciated the photos and updates and I know Aubie enjoyed racing around their beautiful yard with their dogs! Will definitely board with Stephanie again.

Great! Gambit had a great time, Alison kept him entertained at her apartment and on many walks.

Kosmo was very well taken care of by Cassandra and Jason while I was away for the weekend. Multiple daily walks, play time, etc. I never had to worry about anything! They also followed instructions well to ensure Kosmo was comfortable for the short periods they were away.

Osiris was absolutelu wonderful! I would highly recommend her to take care of any pup. She sent a lot of photos and videos for updates, and you can tell them just love dogs.

Marissa did a wonderful job taking care of my dog. She sent frequent updates, and made sure he got all his medications. I had so much peace of mind while on my trip, knowing that my dog was so well taken care of.

Lisa and her sweet Lab Maggie were great with Sabrina! Lisa sent frequent updates on how things were going and gave tons of attention, walks and affection. Highly recommended!

They have a beautiful home with lots of space for dogs. They took great care of my little dogs and sent lots of pictures. Our dogs all got along great. Couldn't be happier.

Loren did a great job taking care of our dog Heidi. She sent photos of Heidi multiple times of day, and kept us updated on how she was doing. Great experience!

Willow had a fantastic time with Lacy! Willow is very energetic, and Lacy took her outside often. Lacy typically communicated at least twice a day and sent me lots of pictures of WIllow's antics and adventures. Lacy has a large tiled room with windows where she kept Willow. The room has a bed and couch with lots of open space, and an extra large crate to sleep in. I recommend Lacy and will use her again for future visits.

Samuel did an amazing job watching my dog! Responded fast and send many updates with cute photos and videos of my dog. Highly recommend Samuel for boarding.

Kimberly and her family were fantastic with boarding our cat. It was great to travel for a week knowing that our Philoh was safe and happy with them. I loved getting the regular updates and pictures too.
