I couldn't have had a better first experience with Rover! Tommie and Jeffrey were amazing to Queso. We know he has separation anxiety and were very worried about leaving him with someone he doesn't know, but they were so patient and sweet to him and to us, they sent pictures and videos to let us know he was doing fine, they also gave us a honest feedback about how anxious he was on those few hours without us along with good tips on how to deal with his separation anxiety. I'm really grateful for that!

First time for Truffles and Lattè in a daycare. It was a good and positive experience. Jocelyn did great with both of them. Now I know I can leave them in good hands when we next visit Houston.

My experience with Fatima was wonderful. She took excellent care of my dog, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure he felt completely comfortable with her. She also kept me updated on how he was doing, which I really appreciated. Fatima even kept him a little longer than scheduled because she didn’t want to leave him alone — that meant a lot to me. I would absolutely use her again and highly recommend her to anyone.

Adriana was very accommodating and understanding for a late request. Dropped off Kiki and explained her anxiety concerns and she was very sweet, caring and gentle to my senior girl. When I picked her up she already seemed comfortable with her and not stressed. Already booked again and highly recommended.

Took great care of my dog, and slowly introduced her to the other dogs to play! I booked last minute since I was traveling into town. But everything went really well, and great communication as well. I loved seeing all the pictures and updates! Would definitely book again the next time I’m in town!

Thank goodness for Chant! She was super flexible with my long work hours. I’m grateful that she was so accommodating on such short notice. Chant sent photos of my sweet girl throughout the day and took her for a long run. Now I’m home with a very sleepy puppy on my leg. She had a blast! It’s hard to express just how incredible Sean and Vy are. They treat my pup like he is there own. He loves them. Everytime I go to drop him off or pick him up he’s trying to stay with them 😂. They are always communicative, timely, send the most amazing pictures (which light up my day), and are flexible when emergencies come up and a plan needs to shift. I would recommend them without hesitation!

I recently moved from Seattle to Houston, and with all the changes, my pup Wally has been a bit stressed. On my very first day back at the office, I didn’t want to leave him alone—and I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter than Fanny. She kept me reassured throughout the day with plenty of photo updates, showing Wally was happy and in good hands. She even left a thoughtful welcome note, sharing how much she enjoyed spending time with him. I had a wonderful experience with Zarina! They watched my dog for four days and did an amazing job. From the start, they were friendly, communicative, and punctual, which gave me total peace of mind while I was away. My dog was clearly well cared for and happy when I got back.
