Lea was absolutely amazing! This was our first time using Rover for check ins with our cats. We were a little nervous as we usually have family or friends come stay with them, to the point we limited our trips. One meeting with Lea and we knew we didn’t have anything to worry about. She just had a way that makes you feel comfort and trust leaving your babies with her. We were able to go out of town to see family for Christmas and not worry about our cats at all knowing Lea would take care of them like her own. She even sent daily photos and notes about them. That was an absolute blessing as we had just lost one of our pups 2 days prior to our trip, so not having to worry about our babies we had to leave at home was truly a blessing. We were able to just enjoy our trip and time with family as it should be. Lea truly goes above and beyond with your pets and your home, just when you think she’s overdone herself she goes and does even more! We will definitely be having Lea come stay with our babies anytime we leave town, she is now our go to and we won’t have to worry anymore. We truly can’t say enough good things about her!

This was our second time having Emily take care of our cat and she was just as great this time! Always sends pictures and updates, and communicates quickly!

I had ants all over my kitchen and food bowls and they handled the situation beautifully! Vacuumed and cleaned everything so I didn’t have to worry! Grateful for such caring people to watch my babies!

Chelsea was WONDERFUL with our pups! Right from the start Chelsea was kind and punctual with all correspondence. She arrived right on time for check ins and was just great with our pups. Lots of love and attention, play time, and all the essentials of the visit. She also captured some GREAT photos for the Rover card and we enjoyed the photos and updates. Robin is amazing! I haven’t met a sitter that can compare to her level of care. She truly does treat your fur babies as if they are her own children. She is very professional, communicative, responsible, thorough with questions and instructions, personable, and just so very caring. I have 5 pets and they are an energetic handful and she provided every single one with utmost care. She gave me detailed updates and let me know about all their playtime s. If there was a question or issue she let me know immediately and handled each situation professionally and excellently. Plus, she is so incredibly sweet! You and your pets will love Robin!

Natalie is awesome!!! She was on time, if not early, every single day and took such great care of our two high energy goldendoodles while we were out of town. She even cleaned up accidents in the house, took out the trash for us, played with them and sent us lots of pictures! We will definitely be using Natalie again in the future!
