absolutely phenomenal!! when a few issues came up, she was immediately responsive and helped to figure everything out. plus, my cat LOVED her. 10/10

Tracy was great! I have a very old cat that can’t travel with us any longer that needs meds and thyroid shots. Tracy was on time and very attentive to our cat. Milton took care of my cat so well. He sent photos and videos everyday and sent updates on how my cat was. He even cut her nails and gave her a bath.
