Lisa was very caring and detailed while taking care of our cats. She sent pictures and reports of how they were doing every day and met with us prior to our trip to coordinate everything! Would definitely recommend!!

Relocating from Los Angeles to Tyler for my residency at UT Tyler was stressful, and I was especially worried about leaving my fur babies, Luna P and Washington, with a sitter during the holidays for a whole week. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found Raul. He kept me updated throughout the week with pictures and thoughtful texts, even asking for specific details to ensure he was meeting my pets' needs. Raul was on top of everything, and it was clear he truly cared about my bbs. Washington, who is very shy and nervous around strangers, warmed up to Raul by day three and was even playing with him! Knowing my pets were in such good hands allowed me to fully enjoy my time with family, without any worries. I highly recommend Raul. He is trustworthy, responsible, and reliable—qualities I truly appreciated during such a busy and stressful time.

We needed someone to keep an eye on our kitties on sort of last minute notice and Olivia was so accommodating to meet us just as we were departing for the airport. She sent very cute daily photos and notes about her drop-in visits with them. Definitely felt they were in good care under Olivia’s watch!

Patti took great care of our kitty Lychee! He needs medication every 12h and he’s pretty skittish. She was very patient chasing him to grab him and gently giving him his oral meds. She also got along super well with our other kitty Mochi who is very shy, she was even able to pet both of them. We’ll definitely book her again when we’re out of town to check on them or to give meds!!

Ashley did a great job taking care of our cat. She is reliable, friendly, attentive to what needs to be done and communicates well. I will absolutely ask or her help when needed. She is great with our dog too!
