Philana is a true professional while also being very personable. She took great care of my 3 cats, plants, and was considerate in brining in a delivery. Extremely grateful for Alex, who took care of my precious cat Jinx. Gone for over a week Alex, visited in a timely fashion before my departure and met her—he came everyday; even an extra day due to a delay in my return, to feed and provide Jinx with love. I’m sure she loved the brush rubs and some days he sat with her for 20 minutes making sure she was comfortable and getting affection. Thank you Alex!

Kelsie was so great with our cat! Our cat immediately warmed up to Kelsie who played with her, gave her pets, made sure she was fed and had water. We got lots of pictures and detailed updates every day. She even made our cat an extra cuddle spot on the couch to be sure she felt safe and cozy. It’s always hard to leave town, but I feel confident that she will be in great hands every time with Kelsie!
