Exceptional Review for Isabella, Our Rover In-Home Sitter Introduction We recently had the pleasure of having Isabella as our in-home sitter for our beloved Labrador, Lola, and our adorable Chihuahua-Pug mix, Rambo, over a short weekend. Our next-door neighbor even commented on how frequently he saw her outside with the dogs in the backyard. He mentioned that she took them for long walks throughout the weekend, which is something they both love. Isabella not only ensured that they received ample exercise but also provided mental stimulation through playtime and interaction. It was heartwarming to see how much fun they were having with her. Professionalism and Communication Isabella maintained excellent communication throughout our time away. She sent us regular updates via text messages along with a few adorable photos of Lola and Rambo. This transparency allowed us to relax knowing that everything was going smoothly at home. Her professionalism shone through in every interaction we had with her—from initial meet-and-greet discussions to post-sitting follow-ups. It’s clear that she takes her role seriously and genuinely cares about the well-being of the pets she looks after. Conclusion In summary, we cannot recommend Isabella highly enough as a pet sitter through Rover. Her dedication, compassion, and professionalism made our experience truly exceptional. Both Lola and Rambo returned home happy and healthy, which speaks volumes about the quality of care they received during our absence. Absolutely recommend Lisana! After moving to a new city and not knowing anyone, we were in desperate need of a trustworthy pet sitter. From the start, Lisana was organized, attentive, and easy to communicate with. During our first meeting, she took detailed notes and made sure she understood our pup’s routine and quirks. Our dog can be anxious and tends to pull on walks, but Lisana handled it like a pro. We felt completely at ease leaving our pup in her care and are so grateful we found her!

Evelyn did a great job taking care of our dogs and house while we were away for 7 days! Communication was great and she sent of pictures! The house looked great when we got back.
