She was very punctual and responsive with all communication and kept my cats healthy and happy so I could focus on my family's needs during a pretty stressful time. Cydnee was so amazing! We have a very energetic big dog and she was so patient and thorough with him! It was our first time leaving him and we were so scared to do so, but felt so much better when we realized just how awesome she was with him! Absolutely amazing! I always get so worried with my pets but she put me at ease! She showed up exactly on time to the meet and greet. She told me when one of my animals had a minor issue. We had a minor emergency on our trip, but she helped with the pets as she could. I highly recommend her!!!
We booked Paige last minute due to a pet emergency where my kitty had to be on meds 2x per day while I was scheduled to be out of state for a week. She was a LIFE SAVER! Not only did she make sure our babies got all the meds they needed, she also played with them, fed them, and left detailed notes so I never felt like I was wondering about them or worried about them. We will absolutely book her again!
