House Sitting in Cottonwood Heights

Sooooo… I was a bit hesitant because I have a chihuahua and anyone familiar with the breed knows they can be snappy and barky and are pretty protective of their family. My pup doesn’t bite or nip but the barking doesn’t stop if she doesn’t know you. Well, after meeting Jelyssa she let me know she had two chihuahuas of her own so I felt so much better. Sure enough I’m getting sent pictures of my little pup smiling and cuddling up with her. No barking. In her 2+years of life she has never done that with another human. We are so grateful we found such a compassionate dog sitter. She was great communicating and sending pictures/video

Kaitlyn was awesome! She was so willing to help last minute and really saved us. She communicated super well, sent some great photos, and spoiled our dogs a bit. Due to our circumstances when we needed her, she really eased my concern and let me enjoy the rest of my vacation knowing my pups were well taken care of.

I was so nervous to find someone for my pack since I have 6 and they are large breed (they are chill, but that’s still daunting to a lot of people). But Jenny was willing to give my large pack a go and they all loved her. We booked pretty far in advance, so she even offered to do a second meet right before our trip to reacquaint herself with the dogs and my house. We will definitely be asking her to sit for us again!

Hire this gal! Five stars and if I could give ten I would. Alaina is excellent. She is reliable, a great communicator, and goes above and beyond in every way. She took such great care of our two high energy vizslas, keeping them on their routine and didn’t hesitate to reach out with questions. We accidentally left off a very important part of our puppy’s bedtime routine and Alaina “listened” to our puppy. She knew he was telling her something t was off, and it was! This shows what great intuition Alaina has. She is present with the animals and we loved that! We will definitely be partnering with Alaina again in the future. (I swear our house was cleaner when we got home than when we left!)

Christina was terrific! Our dog loved her and she followed all of our directions. She kept us up to date with lot's of pictures and daily reports. We will definitely use her again!

We can't speak highly enough about Emily! We traveled from out of state with our dog, Gab Gab, and she can't be alone, like... AT ALL. She has severe separation anxiety 😢. With doggie daycares closing early (7pm) in SLC, we turned to Rover for our evening dog sitting needs. Emily was very responsive and accommodating to our needs and Gab's "special temperament". Emily made this so easy for us and gave us such peace leaving our furry best friend. Gab has such high anxiety, we all were in a new environment and we couldn't have enjoyed our trip to Salt Lake without Emily! Thank you, Emily!!!

This is the second time we had Meisha stay in our home with our two dogs while we were away, and she did great! The girls were so happy to see her. We have an extremely high-energy Aussie and an emotionally needy golden, and both did great and stayed healthy. Would definitely hire again!

Caitlin was great! Would definitely use her again in the future. She got my very spicy chihuahua to warm up to her probably more than she ever has to me. Kept my house tidy , was quick to respond sent me lots of updates and photos.

This is our first time using Rover to house sit our dogs. I've always left my dogs at a boarding place, but decided to give this a go. Gillian was super respectful, helpful, communicative, and kind to our dogs. She ensured our dogs were safe, I highly recommend booking Gillian to take care of your doggies!

Donald did such an amazing job with our wily beast! I didn't have to worry one bit and got regular pupdates. We came home to a happy and tired dog.

Megan was great! She is a few minutes early which I really appreciate. She sent us photos of the animals during the sit. The cat and dog warmed up to her immediately. She is sweet and easy to talk to. We already have her booked for the future.

Jenn was great! She communicated well and was very accommodating. My dog had a great time. I was unsure if my flight was going to be cancelled or not, and she was willingly to stay longer if I needed! I would definitely recommend her.
