Janae and Russell were great. My dog loved them and he seemed to be very accepting of them. They were prompt and took great care. Definitely using them again!

Stellar job. My 4 year old cat is OBSESSED with her, immediately loved her and she is typically afraid of new people. We worked out what time was best after a few days for her to visit when they are most active and it’s worked out great. I will definitely choose Shirley again in the future!

Hannah is amazing and has been so wonderful to work with over the past few weeks. I greatly appreciate the care that she has shown my two pups - you can tell she has a love for animals and a passion for compassionate care. She is a prompt communicator; when I first reached out to her, I had tried several options and she was the first to respond within minutes. She asked if we could coordinate a meet and greet prior to her starting to help out so she could get to know my dogs and fully understand my expectations. She communicated thoroughly and effectively, it was my first time using Rover so there was a bit of a learning curve - she was patient with me as I got the hang of everything. She is very dependable and arrives on time every day. I love the detailed notes she leaves at the end of each visit! She includes more than the basic information including their moods, temperaments and quirks and if they seemed to enjoy something in particular during that visit (e.g., their snacks, their walk, or general play time). I am going to miss working with her when she goes back to school, but am so grateful to have had the opportunity. Thank you, Hannah!

Alisha did a great job of taking care of our furbabies! She even put treats in their long toys to keep them occupied in between visits!

Kaylee was wonderful! Clover doesn't meet many new people and gets scared easily, but within a couple days she loved Kaylee! I would definitely recommend!
