Suzanna was an exceptional sitter for Ninja! Kind, caring, and attentive. She took care of my cat exactly as I'd asked, and then some. She was extremely responsive, and went out of her way to provide updates throughout the stay. She was extremely respectful of my home, and left it in a far better condition than she had received. She will be my immediate choice for any pet needs going forward.

We seemed to have some communication issues over the app. I didn't see that he had been asking me questions until after the visits were over. However, his work based on the information he had was good. Make sure communication is clear.

Sara was great with my cat. He warmed right up to her and she followed my instructions perfectly when it comes to his medicine. I will definitely be booking her again.
