We’ve had really poor service previously (not connected to Rover) so really needed to trust someone with our dear cat Rafa. Audrey has been great, trustworthy and experienced taking it all in her stride. Thank you. We feel confident leaving Rafa when we travel nowadays!

I could tell that my dog liked James right away at the meet and greet, and when he came to walk Loki, I was happily surprised to see how excited Loki was to go out with him. Usually he is putting on his best eeyore impression. I definitely plan on using James again, thank you!

Justin was so great to work with!. My dog has a lot of anxiety from his past before I adopted him and would run and hide, but Justin was very patient and worked with him. He sent videos and updates so we could stay connected and work through everything. I felt very confident that my sweet senior dog was taken care of. I’d would definitely use him again in the future.
