Thank you for taking care of Lucy. Many signs of a good day for Lucy, GSP. She was calm and she and bedding smelled well when we picked her up. All double safety measures were in place for a secure stay without stressing guest dogs. Steve was more than happy to let us view the kennel and answer questions we had. Additional staff was such a kind and gentle handler of our cautious girl. Also, very friendly and helpful. All things brought were returned in good shape. We sent sedatives from our vet since this was Lucy’s first stay kenneling and they saw no need to use them and all were returned. Lucy was calm in videos sent of her stay (I would have appreciated short clips each day to comfort us in knowing she was well cared for).
