Outstanding! Mark sets the gold standard, then goes above and beyond! We were so nervous leaving our fur babies. Yet Mark immediately eased our concerns. He's so thorough, you can tell he really loves the animals, not just a job. When I forgot about the treat schedule, he gladly included it. I loved so much his regular messages with all the photos. I could see he did everything to perfection! He took time to love on and pet our babies. He didn't have to, but that extra touch brought our babies comfort when we couldn't be home. His messages even included relevant concern for the husband and myself while we were on vacation. He not only took excellent care of our fur babies, but also our home.
