Very attentive and was able to visit with Lulu it takes time for Lulu to warm up and Sarah was very respectful to let Lulu come to her. Great visit!

Had a great experience with Trevor, he worked with us last minute, and even came to meet our dog a few days before our appointment. Loved the photos and updates we got during the visit!

I booked Ashlie for drop in visits while we were out of town and she was awesome! It was my first time leaving my kitty by herself so I was nervous but Ashlie provided great updates each day. She was super friendly and asked good questions/took notes during our meet and greet. She also takes the BEST pictures!! I got a bunch of adorable pictures every day. I’ll definitely continue booking her as long as she’s available and will feel more comfortable leaving town knowing she’s checking in on my cat.

Makenna is so great with our big dogs. She put up with their excitement and gave them so much attention. We are so happy with what good care she gave them. We will for sure have her one back again!

Sully always has such a good. She takes such good care of him and would highly recommend her as a pet nanny. She is an angel and I always feel so at ease when I know she’s caring for my pop. She does a great job of updating me and she’s very prompt with responses and always sends lots of pictures.

I had a fantastic experience with Madeleine! She was communicative, reliable, and clearly has a genuine love for cats. One of my cats is very energetic and loves attention, and Madeleine made sure he got plenty of playtime and affection. My other cat is much more shy, so I wasn’t sure how she would do with someone unfamiliar, but by the end of the trip she was brave enough to come out and say hello. That really speaks to how patient, calm, and trustworthy Madeleine is. I also really appreciated the regular updates and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. I came home to two happy, well-cared-for cats and could not be more grateful. I would absolutely book with Madeleine again and highly recommend her!
