House Sitting in Shalamar

I can’t put into words how grateful I am for the incredible care Anna provided for my 15-year-old dog. Roxie is blind, requires multiple daily medications, and can be a bit anxious due to her age — yet she was so calm, comfortable, and well-cared-for the entire time thanks to the patience, kindness, and genuine love she received. Anna made sure every medication was given correctly and on schedule, followed all of her routines, and stayed in constant communication with me throughout the 10 days I was gone so. The updates, photos, and messages brought me so much peace of mind. Leaving my elderly, blind dog with someone is never easy, but Anna made it completely worry free. She went above and beyond in every way, and I am beyond thankful. If you have a senior dog with special needs, I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is trustworthy, caring, responsible, and truly gifted with animals. On top of that, she left my home in excellent condition. Everything was clean, organized, and exactly the way I left it. It was such a relief to return home to a happy dog and a spotless house. We are so lucky to have found her!

Kirk is an amazing dog sitter. He communicated with us daily and sent us pictures of our pups. He followed all of our instructions and he even cleaned the house! I would absolutely hire him again. Thanks Kirk!

Bailey was fantastic. We did a meet and greet where I could tell she was exactly the person I wanted caring for my home. For the stay, she was punctual and tidy. Most importantly, she cared for my cat and my home exceptionally well. Would definitely have her back and recommend her to others.

This is our second time booking with Emily. This time she stayed at our house with our cats and dog for a weekend. I would highly recommend her as a pet sitter. She kept us updated and kept our pets happy. Our house was spotless when we got home.

Amie was great with our 12 year old dog and our feisty cat! She was easy to contact and gave us updates with pictures each day! I would highly recommend Amie, I didn’t stress at all.

Kelly did a great job taking care of Clark. He is very shy and she made him so comfortable that he cuddled her throughout her stay. This was a great experience.

Megan was great! She is a few minutes early which I really appreciate. She sent us photos of the animals during the sit. The cat and dog warmed up to her immediately. She is sweet and easy to talk to. We already have her booked for the future.

If we could give Diana a 10/10, we would! She was absolutely amazing! We received pictures and/or videos of our sweet Moqui every day, along with a sweet note. It made being away much less stressful. Moqui looked SO happy in every picture and video. They went for walks, "talked" on the deck, ate breakfast/lunch/dinner together, and were able to have play dates with other dogs on our street. We will definitely be using Diana again and again -- so PLEASE don't book her when we need her! :)

Emily did a great job watching our two dogs! She was very communicative and very easy to work with. Would highly recommend.

This was our third time hiring Sam to take care of Pumpkin. She's the best! It's so nice having someone that you trust to take care of both your cat and your home. Great communication, and our cat is so much more relaxed and happy when Sam is here.

Betty is wonderful with my pups. She was able to assist with a few issues at my home while I was away and did so with such a great attitude! It would have been quite a tough few days without help and knowing my four legged children were well cared for!

This was my first time using Rover and my experience was great. Madison stayed at my home and took great care of Coco. The two of them bonded nicely. House was kept clean as well. I have another trip coming up and I have booked Madison.

Meisha was amazing with my pup and he loved her! She took such great care of him and I could tell how happy and relaxed he was from the many photos she shared. Meisha really cared for him and it showed 💗 I'll feel very comfortable leaving my pup with Meisha again!

Amber did a great job with our year a half golden retriever over the weekend! She communicated well or checked in with us. She sent photos of our girl and made me feel better she was so happy with her there.

Lena stayed at our home for the first time and did a great job. We have an anxious dog and a needy cat (on her own terms of course) and they seemed to do well with her. A big relief!

Alayna was very communicative and prompt. Our dog rye was happy, healthy, and safe. She sent regular updates and our house looked just like we left it! We will be using her again!

This was the second time Abby stayed with my animals and once again, 10/10! Very pleased with the updates, following their routines, and overall care and compassion. It’s clear she loves dogs and cats!

Morgan stayed with our very shy border collie mix, Walter, for 5 days. We received daily photos and updates on how they were doing. She did other house tasks which were very much appreciated. We appreciated coming home to a happy dog and a very clean home. Thanks, Morgan!
