Great with the dogs followed all the instructions.. also helped with other ancillary items on her own took the trash out without me asking brought packages in without asking just an overall pleasant experience of a professional dog sitter really enjoyed her communication and I know the pooches were happy when she was there

One of our pups has anxiety and can be very intimidating for the first 24 hours, then he becomes a snuggle bug. Ketera was great in navigating these first few hours. I was delighted when she sent me pictures of him on her lap. She was very patient with him as he worked through his inner battle of 'friend vs. foe'.
