Kaitlyn is so helpful and reliable with Sophie. She needs daily medication and we have such peace of mind when out of town when Kaitlyn can watch her.

I would hire Jenn again in a heart beat. I asked Jenn for 8 drop-in visits for my cat while I was away and I felt completely secure that my cat was being well cared for (It was the first time I had left my newly adopted cat for travel!) Every single note Jenn sent was so thorough and thoughtful, it completely surpassed my expectations and I looked forward to seeing the many pictures sent too! Mango loved having Jenn around when I was away. She is organized and reliable, and clearly is passionate about giving the best care to pets and animals. Thank you Jenn!!

Bridgette is amazing! I trust her completely with my kitties and I’m always so relieved to know that she’ll be stopping by to give them care and company. Bridgette also is fantastic at communicating if something comes up, and she sends great videos. I’m always very appreciative!

Emily was excellent caring for my two cats! She provided a detailed summary of each visit and included amount of food each cat ate and fresh water status. She immediately picked up on each cat's personality and managed their care accordingly. She provided many photos and videos of the cats after each visit. I highly recommend Emily for cat (and other pets) sitting. She made friends with my finicky cats at the first visit and it was clear from the photos and visit summaries that they really liked her. As the cat owner, this gave me much peace of mind that the cats were being well cared for while I was away.

We seemed to have some communication issues over the app. I didn't see that he had been asking me questions until after the visits were over. However, his work based on the information he had was good. Make sure communication is clear.

Heather was great to work with! Our cat warmed right up to her and Heather was awesome about keeping her entertained with toys. She also sent us a comprehensive update each day with lots of cute photos. I definitely recommend working with her!

We had never used Rover before, but were told by others to schedule a meet & greet. From the moment my husband and I met Leigh, we knew she would do a great job taking care of our cat. We came home to a clean home and to a cat that was obviously well taken care of. We received daily updates through Rover as well as photos. Rover should be proud to have Leigh representing its company.
