Cat Sitting in Alexandria

I can only leave 5 stars but I want to leave 100 stars. I had booked Mariana for 2 days. There was a power outage in town and since I was still away I was panicking thinking my cats had no AC. I asked Mariana if there was any chance I could book her for another on such short notice. She was also affected by the outage and had to deal with some issues. But she came right over and calmed my nerves. This was my first time using Rover and was very hesitant about giving a stranger my key to my apartment. I had been asking around to see who had used Rover and what their thoughts were. And everyone gave me such positive feedback that I thought I’d give it a chance. I met Mariana at first for our meet and greet and felt she had good energy so I trusted her. And she did not disappoint. She showed up on time everyday and I received a Rover report with pictures of my babies everyday. Which I absolutely love that Rover offers that feature. It helped put my mind at ease while I was away.

Jennifer took great care of my two cats, and the photos / summaries I received from her made it clear she really appreciated their different personalities and needs. Communication was great overall, visits were on time, and my cats were very happy!

Great service! Shane is very dependable and keeps me updated as to when he comes and what my kitties are eating. And sends pictures! I feel very confident when I leave my cats in his care.

Cynthia was amazing with our cat while we were away—so kind, thoughtful, and communicative. She sent lots of sweet photo updates and truly went above and beyond. We’d highly recommend her!

Outstanding experience. Laura was incredibly professional and responsive, taking great care of our pets during the holidays. When we arrived back earlier than expected, Laura insisted on modifying the booking even though I offer to pay her for the originally agreed number of visits. We came home to happy cats and a clean, fresh-smelling home. Your cats are in great hands with her!

Byul and her husband were wonderful when I had to book last minute care for my cat because of a work trip. They provided thorough updates and pictures and took amazing care. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

Sophia was great! Very easy to communicate with and she took great care of our cats. Also, she sent great pictures of them, which is always nice.

Zoe was great! I booked her last minute and she was communicative, professional, and kind. She sent tons of photos of Lily and they were obviously having a blast. I would book her again in a heartbeat!

Gen was wonderful! She gave my kitty lots of love while I was away, provided plenty of pictures, and even got her to take her meds each day (which I can’t do). She is highly recommended!

We felt stress-free knowing our cat was in Alexandra’s hands. Our cat is very skittish and doesn’t trust new people, but was letting Alexandra pet her only a few days into watching her! Every night, I looked forward to the photos and updates Alexandra would send. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone!

Grateful for the consistent communication. Gwen took good care of Kitty. Kitty seemed to warm up to her even though she tends to be anxious around new people.
