Mariana was great from the very beginning. When I placed the request she promptly responded. I've never used the Rover app personally before, but know others that have. She guided me, providung instructions and explanations of how things worked. When providing care to my cat, she took great photos, left detailed feedback, was timely, and professional. I appreciate how her care gave me peace of mind while I was away 10s across the board. Highly recommend.

Our kitty LOVES having Jen care for her!! We love how Jen updates us during her thorough visits and responds quickly to messages, as she cares so well for our sweet girl! Such a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend Jen!!

Shane was so good with our senior kitty, Lira. He took the time to listen to her habits & understand the kind of cat she is, and then followed up with his own questions as well. He was detailed with the Rover card responses and he had plenty of experience caring for older cats (and cats in general). Thank you Shane for giving us peace of mind while we were away!

Cynthia was great with Rosie for a lunchtime drop in! We had a slight miscommunication about timing and she was quick to help me figure it out/resolve!

Alison is fantastic! Always on time, great updates, and I can tell my pup really enjoyed his time with her. So thankful she was there to help me out in a pinch!

This is the second time that Sophia has watched our girls. She is very caring and accommodating. We had to ask her for an extra visit when our flight was delayed and she went above and beyond to make sure the girls were taken care of until we arrived home. I highly recommend Sophia.

Nicollette was AMAZING! I have two dogs and one can be very wary of strangers and reactive. Nicollette was so patient and understanding with my dogs’ needs. She was EXTREMELY flexible with my ever-changing schedule as I left for a work trip. 5/5 stars and would highly recommend her for pet sitting. She was a life saver during my work trip!

Zoe was amazing with our dog!! She did two drop-in visits for us, and she was communicative, punctual, and so sweet with our baby. I can’t recommend her enough!

Communicative, helpful, and timely, and she even managed to get our most anxious cat to come out and say hi! Will definitely ask Amanda to take care of our cats the next time we’re out of town.
